Description

The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board intends to procure a Citation and Abstract database from a company for the Library Service.
The service will provide a seamless journey for staff from searches undertaken against structured bibliographic databases also referred to as abstracting and indexing database and to the content they are eligible to access.
The selected system should provide an easy-to use, intuitive interface which enables flexible analysis of the relevant data according to the developing needs of AHDB.
The primary purpose of the selected database will be to provide AHDB's staff with the relevant data by understanding publication activities for Agriculture and Horticulture staff.

The contract shall be for an initial period of two years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Contract Value: approx. £10k a year for 3 years total of £30k.

This covers the cost of the database as well as the company services.
