Description

Essex County Council has two play area requirements in their Country Parks. These are split into two lots and bidders may bid for either one or both lots.
Lot 1: Music / Rhythm / Performance Play Zone at Belhus Woods Country Park
Lot 2: Play Area Provision at Cudmore Grove Country Park

The scope of both requirements includes the:
• Design of a play area with a relevant theme
• Supply of the materials/equipment to fulfil the design proposals
• Construction and installation of the materials/equipment to implement/execute the design
• Arrangement of an independent assessment by a certified engineer
• Completion of appropriate land surveys prior to any excavations
• Provision of necessary signage for users to maximise the enjoyment of the play offer
• Provision of appropriate safety surfacing

The Council's supplier portal, "Ariba" will be used throughout the procurement process.
