Description

This is an Expressions of Interest to suppliers who may be interested in supporting the Housing Ombudsman understand and deliver an IT strategy and approach which is suitable for an organisation of its size. The Ombudsman is a small organisation reliant on IT with little or no internal IT skilled personnel. In order to ensure that it is keeping up to date with technology changes and cyber security concerns, the Ombudsman is seeking an outsourced supplier to help it design, develop and implement an IT strategy appropriate to the organisation. The support will be required on an adhoc basis and called down as required. Some support with engaging effectively with our IT support partner is also required.
