Description
The requirement is to develop a medium term contract let by the Council for valuation of the West Midlands Pension Funds Agricultural portfolio, currently valued at c£9.5m comprising 4 holdings as follows:
Holding Acreage Tenancy
Cheshire 435 4 Tenants Vacant Land
Cleveland 996 4 Tenants
Warwickshire 57 1 Tenant
Bedfordshire 3 1 Tenant
The aims of the contract are to develop a mutually beneficial contractual arrangement which will:
• Provide an efficient mechanism of providing valuations.
• Have access to the specialist skills needed, demonstrated by a history of similar mandates.
• Provide and sustain an open, co-operative and business like culture between the Fund and the Manager.
• Maintain a professional and respected position on corporate governance and related issues.
