Description

We invite expressions of interest for the contract of National Centre for the UK to administer the OECD's International Survey of Adult Skills (also known as the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC)) in accordance with the agreed specification. The main responsibilities involve undertaking field trial and main stage fieldwork across the participating UK nations and preparation of data return for international comparison reporting. The National Centre also liaises with the appointed international co-coordinator (ETS) to ensure compatibility and compliance with the various specifications and standards required. Finally, the contract covers a full suite of reporting and dissemination deliverables for the UK findings.
