Description
South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive are about to invest in and develop some of our most highly used customer information/retail channels/tools for example:
• Improve the ticket finder function on our website and incorporate the functionality onto our ticket vending machines.
• Offer customers the ability to buy the ticket they know they want; or search for the ticket they may need.
Previous retail and information strategies have seen us migrate most of our customers from assisted to self-serve channels/tools, we now need to make those popular channels/tools simple, easy and intuitive to use to further improve the success of our information provision, pass application and processing functions and encourage ticket sales off vehicle.
We are looking for an external company with previous knowledge and experience of similar briefs to review our customer journeys with a fresh pair of eyes and to help us develop simple, consistent, easy and intuitive customer journeys for our most used customer channels; and ensuring seamless transactions across multiple channels.
The estimated value of the contract is £30,000 - £50,000.
