Description

The BBC has an established and centralised optimisation team responsible for strategy, insight and theenablement of product teams across the business via a hub and spoke model. A significant appetite formultivariate and AB testing has been nurtured over the past year and teams across the BBC are at varyingstages of maturity - some are yet to begin a testing programme and some have made significant progress. TheBBC's future strategy is to empower product teams to become self-serving via a champions' network. The BBCseeks to contract for the provision of a testing and optimisation capability as it seeks to mature and embed its approach to data-driven product development across web, applications and emerging technologies.
