The Provision will be a package of tailored employment and employability support which will increase the economic activity of the eligibility groups that it is aimed at. Attendance on the Provision will be voluntary for Participants. The Provision will provide a coherent pathway to employment for individuals who are currently not progressing towards work. It will be delivered by Personal Mentors who will engage with the target groups, identify their barriers to work and systematically address those barriers through meaningful interventions, practical activities and effective signposting. The ultimate objective of the provision is for Participants to move in to sustained employment.
