***Modification of the Contract***
Contract Variation PS21023 003 - The contract term has been extended to 31 July 2022. The total value for the extension is £25,000.00 excluding VAT. The contract value will increase from £120,000.00 excluding VAT to £145,000.00 excluding VAT.

Contract Variation PS21023 002 - The contract has been extended to 28th February 2022. The total value for the optional extension is £21,150.00 excluding VAT. The contract value will increase from £99,850.00 excluding VAT to £120,00.00 excluding VAT. The option to extend the contract was provided for as an optional extension in the original procurement
