11 Mar - Clarification Question
Question:
The tender documentation does not show an evaluation marker against design. If you could confirm a design is required, and evaluated at tender stage, that would be most appreciated.
Response:
we have used the Skateboard UK template for this tender and given the actual design work would be part of the deliverable when on contract an indicative concept to support why the expected cost would be incurred is all we would expect at this stage. We would not hold anyone to a design at this point as there is too many unknowns or funds to cover a design at this point. However, it will give a feel for what the Skatepark could look like and an indication of the steps needed to deliver a skatepark.
