Description

Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire CCGs are looking to commission the following on a 2 year pilot basis:
1) 5+ Short Stay EMI Nursing beds in a single location
2) 5+ Short Stay General Nursing beds in a single location

The Contract will run from February 2017 - 31st October 2018. The aim of this service is to provide a Short Stay facility to allow the discharge of patients meeting specific clinical criteria (see Notification attached) into a safe, high quality care environment where an agreed care plan, including expected length of stay, will be followed.
