Description
PHE currently earns an annual income of circa £170m, generated from third organisations through scientific and clinical activities. There is currently a substantive programme of work to move PHE's current Wiltshire and London locations to a new Head Quarters in Harlow, Essex. Naturally there is a key objective to ensure that PHE preserves and in turn grows External Income at Harlow. Although the broad benefits of co-location are accepted, transition to Harlow needs to be seamless to avoid detrimental income impact. This work is required to review and analyse the potential risks and impacts of relocation of PHE sites to Harlow on its current and future income generation
