Description

Contract Description
South Tyneside Council is seeking tenders for the Heritage Lottery Funded restoration and refurbishment project at North Marine Park, South Shields.
The project will comprise of significant embankment regrading works, footpath and stepped route installation, lighting renewal, installation of a play area, restoration of historic boundaries and associated metalwork and concrete balustrading, reconstruction of a grotto and installation of artwork, signage and interpretation elements and soft landscaping. The works will also include for minor building refurbishment work to existing park structures including pavilions and shelters.
