Description

The purpose of this task is to assess the degree to which the current performance measures and efficiency monitoring framework supports or conflicts with the objective of whole life cost minimisation within the funding envelope and other constraints. The output from the study should inform the development of the performance and monitoring frameworks for renewals in future road periods.
