Description

To support Kent County Council's operational delivery of the Highway, Transportation and Waste business, Confirm OnDemand (ICT operation system) will deliver the following functionality:

• Hosting and Maintenance of software for a minimum of 217 licences
• Manage customer enquiries/Freedom of Information Requests
• Integration with the online and mobile customer fault reporting tool
• Development for optimum/flexible use of mobile technology
• Jobs creation, ordering and status updates
• Payments
• Asset Management - includes information and history
• Storing documents - includes mapping, photos and H&S Files
• Daily inspection regime
• Hosting of the software
• Data provision for Business Intelligence
• Access to on-line support/training material
