The Contractor is required to deliver the following:
a. To scope the most appropriate approach to certification for an organisation of the size and nature of DE&S and conduct a Gap Analysis;
b. To achieve initial ISO 9001 certification for DE&S in 2020;
c. To incorporate existing ISO 9001 certifications into the DE&S certification;
d. To maintain surveillance and certification for ISO 9001 over the standard 3-year assessment cycle.
