Description
Routine service schedules as specified by the manufacturer, maintenance and breakdown coverage of the CHP Units and all auxiliaries, routine monitoring, refurbishment of CHP units in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, reporting of servicing, material usage, hours run.
Routine servicing must be undertaken to ensure full compliance with the manufacturers recommendations which will include all minor and major refurbishments/overhauls between the minimum/maximum hours required. It shall be the suppliers responsibility to ensure that the engines are available at all times, except for agreed downtime. Following award of contract, the successful supplier shall be required to submit a programme of work for a following period.
A comprehensive maintenance, breakdown and repair service is required, ensuring a 24-hour a day 365 days per annum cover with a response time of 4 hours from receipt of fault information.
A dedicated process to monitor the condition of each engine (service desk) and direct the appropriate response to meet the agreed SLA for return to service, also to carry out bespoke diagnostics and reporting to assess the availability, efficiency, power output and heat recovery statistics. This will include a weekly availability reporting function to agreed SLA.
The receipt of instructions and the submission of all invoicing and reporting via the council's Concerto software.
