Description

At Wakehurst, is the Millenium Seedbank. This building currently has a cold store facility that requires an extension.

As part of the extension, we are looking to procure the design, construction and commissioning of the new cold stores (2nr) as an extension to the existing facility, which will remain operational during the work up to the point of final completion. Existing racking is to be removed and disposed of (To be priced as an 'Option').
