Description
The Government Property Unit (GPU), as part of its shared service agenda, has
mandated that from January 2015 Government departments must join together in
clusters in order to deliver shared property asset management services. This Contract is
to provide Estates Professional Services to DCLG, DfE and their cluster partners. The
DCLG and DfE cluster partners are currently DCMS, HM Treasury and Department for
Energy and Climate Control (DECC). The DCLG / DfE properties are listed at Appendix
2. Appendix 3 lists the cluster partner properties. A comprehensive list of all public
sector organisations and their arm's length bodies can be found in the Public Sector
