Description

National Highways are continuing a project to replace the existing pavement management system - Highways Agency Pavement Management System (HAPMS) - with a new COTS based pavement management system (PMS) and implementing business change to support operation of the system. The supplier of the new solution is TRL. National Highways has a client-side project team, which is supported by resources from Arup and the IBI Group up to November 2022.
