Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of expert external advice to provide independent subject matter expert (SME) support to:
- Review and outline the technical approaches to decision support tools
- Assess the capabilities of commercially available products against Highways England's requirements
- Engage with suppliers and the IAMIS team to support effective information management interfaces e.g. through an Application Programming Interface (API) or similar communication protocol
- Identify and assess preferred options for procurement and configuration of a Structures Decision Support Tool
- Support selection and implementation of a Structures Decision Support Tool
