Description

Following the review of the requirement, various procurement routes were considered, of which a Direct Award via the Non Medical Non Clinical Framework (RM971): Lot 3 - Admin and Clerical Supply was considered by the customer department to be the best option.

Due to the Direct Award request from the Cabinet Office and the business needs outlined in section 3 above. The exemptions process has been used in this instance ensuring a Contract is awarded and the correct approvals have been obtained and recorded.
