Rolling Online User Survey to be carried out on an ongoing basis to track topline satisfaction by mode:

This is a short survey covering key measures of satisfaction for bus, tram and train (example for bus, same applies for tram and train) providing satisfaction with:

o Local bus service overall
o The length of journey (time on bus)
o Value for money for the local bus services
o Punctuality of the bus service
