Description

NorseCare wishes to engage with suitably qualified bidders on the basis of a new Service Support and Maintenance Provision for its portfolio of Commercial Washing Machines and Dryers within our 19 x Residential Care Homes, within the county of Norfolk. A 24 x month contract is available with the option of a further 24 month extension period.
The successful bidder will be required to work with us to provide professional advice and support alongside repair and maintenance services on a range of commercial washing machines and dryers. We are looking for a provider that will be able to offer a complete package off:
1. Comprehensive Call Out and Field Support for all of our machines at all of our locations within Norfolk with competitive response times and engineer skillset.
2. A full maintenance package which includes servicing
3. Parts ordering and fitting for repairs.
4. Supply of new kit as and when required

This ITT will be undertaken in two stages:

Stage 1 will be a review of quotations (Form E) and demonstrable capability (Form D) based upon proposals submitted against this Tender NCITT0011.

Stage 2 will consist of selected vendors presenting their business and their proposal in response to this ITT to the above named individual/s in the form of an on-site presentation at the NorseCare Head Offices in Norwich, Norfolk. Other NorseCare Management may be present for the presentation.
