Description

Truro City Council manages the main outdoor events space in the City Centre, Lemon Quay, and works closely with community groups. It owns the main parks and open spaces in the City. It has identified a need for a rapidly deployable event stage for use in the parks, city centre or for community events. This will take the form of a mobile stage, on a trailer, which can be towed by a van/truck together with sound and lighting equipment (which will be procured separately). The City Council will also separately be constructing a garage to store the stage when not in use.

Specification

At this time the Council is not fixed on the size or specification of the stage save that it must be towable using a transit size vehicle or a small truck.

We have therefore provided a range of sizes and would ask for tenderers to tender against this range, specifying the detail of their proposed equipment: -

1. Instructions for submission of Tender
a. Tender Submission
• The Tenderer must provide all documents as listed in the Tender Submission Checklist.
