Kettering Borough Council is looking to appoint a consultancy/ consultant to carry out a desktop study in relation to our leisure contract, to include some market testing and procurement strategy.

NOTE: This project is time critical and requires the report to be submitted no later than 6 January 2020, unfortunately there is no flexibility on the submission date of the report.
