Description

The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to gather information by exploring the market for suitably experienced potential providers of services and solutions in 3 key areas:
• Travel agency and fulfillment services
• Online travel booking tools
• Travel payment solutions

Through this request for information exercise, we are open to receiving information from suppliers spanning all 3 areas including travel management companies offering fully integrated booking and payment services, as well as specialist suppliers providing business travel booking software and /or travel payment solutions such as lodge cards.

It should be noted that the University is currently in contract for travel agency services and that current contracts are expected to continue into 2018. As such we do not anticipate conducting a competitive processes for any travel related services in 2017. At this point this exercise is for information gathering purposes only. The University of Warwick shall have no obligation to acquire any products or services as a result of this RFI.
