Description

This Call Off Contract is varied as follows:
 The Authority has requested that the price is uplifted by £25,000.00 ex VAT.

 The existing Contract Value is £50,000.00 ex VAT. The Authority proposes to uplift the Contract value by an additional £25,000.00 ex VAT, increasing the overall Contract Value to a maximum of £75,000.00 ex VAT.

 The Authority has requested an extension of two months to the contract, taking the contract term from 31 st October 2018 to 27th March 2019.

 This is the first variation to this contact.
