Description

Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and Scape Group to provide built environments by delivering new buildings and maintaining and evolving public sector places.
This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest. Arc are issuing this PIN for the purpose of pre-procurement market engagement, in line with UK Government Lean Sourcing guidelines, by engagement with the market through a Market Awareness Event, before the start of a formal procurement process for a Framework for construction works for which a separate Contract Notice will be issued. At the Market Awareness Events Arc will inform the market about their upcoming procurement. In the formal procurement process to follow, applications will be invited from experienced suppliers of construction works who can provide high quality services using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector. The specific works and services that may be procured under the Framework cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of works that may be required may include those services identified by CPV codes.
This opportunity is divided into four lots with the Maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer being one.
