Description

This Recommendation Report also seeks your approval for a variation to the Contract, which includes an uplift in Contract Value. The MoD Financial approval for the original Contract was £750,000.00 (ex VAT), however approval was only given until the end of 2019 financial year (31 March 2020). The Deloitte Contract value for 19 October 2019 to 31 March 2020 was £610,000.00 (ex VAT). As the extension is in the new financial year, the MoD are unable to spend the outstanding £139,650.00 (ex VAT) of the
original Contract and so a variation with financial approval of £140,000.00.
