Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, acting in association with Westminster City Council as a contracting authority ('the Councils') currently provide public toilets at Notting Hill Carnival for the spectators attending and to reduce the impact of the event on our residents.

The two Councils are jointly issuing this Invitation to Tender for a contract to provide toilets for the 2019 Carnival (with an option to extend to 2020 and 2021).

The Contract will cover the requirements of both Boroughs and both Boroughs will be party to the contract with the contractor.
