Description

This contract is for the provision of product owner training to delegates from the NHSBSA.

This contract will cover two sessions in March 2025.

The training aims to support colleagues in improving their awareness on how to identify and define the intended purpose of a service and to build a shared view of what a good service looks like.

The training will help colleagues in supporting teams to develop cohesive performance measures, develop plans for continuous improvement and steer new and exciting work that will improve/impact a service.
