Description

We are currently working on the Kent County Council Highways Term Maintenance contract and would be pleased to receive your quotation for carrying out both the reactive and planned civils and patching works for this contract, all in accordance with the attached documentation.

We have a large schedule of rates on the contract, however are currently only looking for tenderers to quote the top 100 SoR items as attached on the basis of the Main Contract Conditions. Your rates should remain fixed until 30th August 2023.

We request that you submit your rates by completing the Excel Pricing Schedule attached and return via email in Excel format to amanda.felstead@amey.co.uk no later than 5pm on Wednesday 3rd August 2022.

We have a significant workload and are seeking multiple providers to support with works on the contract so value of works will be dependant on resources each contractor has available.
Please also confirm the number of 2-man gangs you have available and your preferred depot location to operate from.

Please note that whilst the current Main contract ends in August 2023, we are in discussions with the Client regarding a potential extension to the existing contract.
