Invitation to Tender

The scope of works:

a) Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of specialist equipment, fittings and installations.
b) Response repairs in accordance with the priority code stipulated on the order (please see contract particulars)

The list of lots is as follows:

Lot 1: Air conditioning and ventilation equipment

Lot 2: Commercial kitchen equipment

Lot 3: Bathroom lifting equipment and assisted bath

Lot 4: Photovoltaics installations

Lot 5: Green roof installations

Lot 6: Pond pump installations

Lot 7: Glulam installations

Lot 8: CCTV installations

Lot 9: Building management panel

The contract(s) may be awarded to a single contractor or multiple contractors depending on their suitability to carry out works required.
