Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to carry out the transferring of all standards and guidance in TSM Chapter 8 Part 3 document into TSM Chapter 8 Part 1 and Part 2 as appropriate. Chapter 8 is a set of manuals which give guidance around traffic safety measures (including signs) for road works and temporary situations.
