Description

Royal Greenwich is seeking to award a contract for Environmental Management System Software Solution.The Contract Period is for a period of 7 years although the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to 36 months making a total possible Contract Period of 10 years. The Royal Borough of Greenwich requires an externally hosted replacement IT system for Waste, Street and Enforcement Services, Caretaking, Grounds Maintenance and Parks and Open Spaces. The IT solution will support business delivery, customer management, mobile working and to streamline processes across Environmental services. An externally hosted system must provide:
• Front end web access for customers for ordering services and making payments online
• Real time mobile working solution with interaction between front and back office systems
• Accurate data capture to generate strategic management plans and targets
• Seamless integration with existing Royal Greenwich IT operating systems (Customer relationship Management system CRM, Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG), financial systems)
• The flexibility and adaptability to meet future service delivery requirements in Royal Greenwich.
Royal Greenwich require an established system provider that has a proven track record working with other Local Authorities and is committed to providing regular support and updates for the future. Royal Greenwich require a system that will work in tandem to support and expand services and their interactions with customers over the next 5 to 10 years. The Contract Period is for a period of 7 years although the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to 36 months making a total possible Contract Period of 10 years. Tenderer's who are interested and wish to participate in this tender exercise are required to register their interest and request for the PQQ tender pack, by email to procurement@royalgreenwich.gov.uk marked for the attention of Shaun Fortune.
Tenderer's are to note the following key dates:
• Final date to express interest and be issued the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire pack is Friday 27th May 2016.
• Final date for tenderer's to ask questions or seek clarifications is 12 noon on Friday 27th May 2016.
• The closing date for receipt of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires is 12.00 (Noon) on Friday 3rd June, 2016. (Please note the Royal Borough of Greenwich will not accept tenders/bids that are received after the deadline indicated above.)
The Contract Period is for a period of 7 years although the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to 36 months making a total possible Contract Period of 10 years.
The Council will observe a standstill period following the award of the contract and conduct itself in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
