Description

Torbay Council is looking to procure a new Customer Feedback Monitoring System, which must be in 'Live' use before 1st April 2019, with a period of parallel running with the current system prior to that date. The system must be able to deal with Complaints/Compliments, Service Requests, Members' enquiries and MPs' enquiries. Optional requirements would be to log details of data breaches, FOI requests and SARs. Please refer to the tender documents for full details of the requirements.
