Description
The North East Fund Limited is seeking to appoint an Auditor for a four year term, beginning with the March 2018 year end.
The Fund is a new entity which will consist of a suite of funds, each managed by a different fund manager. It expects to invest £120m in SMEs across the North East LEP area, building on the success of the North East JEREMIE programme.
Funding is coming from the European Investment Bank, the European Regional Development Fund and from returns on investments made by historical funds in North East England.
The Auditor will be required to audit the financial statements of The North East Fund Limited and to provide corporation tax compliance services.
