Description

The SOP2SaaS Programme will be established in 3 phases, Prepare, Procure, and Change. These phases will deliver the following:
Prepare Phase: Establish the programme, conduct due diligence, produce an Outline Business Case (OBC) and a Full Business Case (FBC) and complete all work required to be able to go to market for a supplier for the Change Phase.
Procure Phase: Procure a technology product, and procure delivery partner service(s) for the Change Phase.
Change Phase: With a partner, deliver a discovery, design, build and test a new system, and transition from old systems / services to new.
Please note: The Change phase is included as an option within this requirement and is dependent upon successful delivery of the Prepare and Procure phase and is subject to further internal approvals
