Description

The purpose of this tender is to invite competitive tender submissions for a single stage fixed price lump sum contract, for various electrical works including:
i. LV Upgrade Works - Replacement of life expired distribution boards and MICC cabling.
ii. Emergency Lighting Works - Installation of manual test key switching banks to emergency lighting circuits and installation of emergency lighting to Core B risers.
iii. Control Panel Works - Replacement of AHU Fan Motor Starters with Variable Speed Drives.
iv. Sump Pump Works - Replacement of basement ground water sump pumps, control panels and associated wiring and discharge pipework and installation of a new central control panel with BMS integration
at The International Maritime Organization, 4 Albert Embankment, London, SE1 7SR.
The Contractor must make due allowance in their tender for all costs associated with dealing with the implications of any restricted access, times for loading/unloading, including any out of hours working and deliveries required to complete the works.
