Description

Major projects have a number of Investment Programme development initiatives including achieving Orange EAs, additional EAs and SVD. Smart Motorways Sponsorship and Delivery teams require Project Management Services with specific experience and knowledge of the Highways England business to help develop and deliver these investment programme outcomes.
