Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experience contractor to undertake refurbishment works at number of tennis courts sites outlined below;

- Lot 1 - Hillingdon Court Park, Court Park, Court Drive, Hillingdon, UB10 0BN - 4 courts
- Lot 2 - Cavendish Recreation Ground, Field End Road, Eastcote, HA4 9PG - 5 courts

Tenderers are to note that the scope of works required maybe subject to change.

Contracts for each Lot maybe awarded individually, depending on what is deemed the most economically advantageous option for the London Borough of Hillingdon.
The London Borough of Hillingdon retains the right to award only one, some, all, or none of the available Lots.

All tender documents can be accessed via our tender portal, www.capitalesourcing.com.

It is recommended that Tenderers undertake site visits in conjunction with the site maps and locations in Appendix 1 as some of the sites are gated and therefore require a PIN code for access. Please request the PIN code via the Message function of the tender portal. www.capitalesourcing.com.

Tenderers must be a member of Sports & Play Construction Association (SAPCA).

It is not expected that the works will require the services of a Construction Design Management Coordinator, although method statements and risk assessments for each site will be required.

If the contractor is successful in winning more than one scheme, then they must ensure that they have sufficient resources to complete all the works by the completion date.

Further terms and conditions are detailed within the pricing schedule

Tenderers will be able to tender for one or both lots however there will be an assessment described in 4.1 - Economic and Financial Standing.

Each Lot will be individually scored as set out in ITT.
