Description

The online usability tool will allow the CX directorate to provide a more robust testing platform for our interaction and content designs to ensure that they are meeting customer needs before being deployed into development and made live, this not only aligns SLC to the CDDO service standards but also delivers value for money as designs can be iterated and tested quickly outside of a costly development environment, whilst providing in-depth quantitative and qualitative insights for UX designers.
