Description
Halton Borough Councils are seeking quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers to provide a maintenance service, initially for equipment within the Record Management Unit (RMU) but with the option to extend to other areas with the same/similar equipment.
The Council's current requirement for maintenance is for 4 Fujitsu Production Scanners, which are heavily used daily and all need to be operational. The Council currently utilises 2 x Zebra ZXP Series 3 Printers used by Central Admin for Identification Card Printing, the Council are also requesting maintenance costs for these devices, although there is no guarantee they will be included in the contract.
The proposed maintenance Must include but not be limited to:-
- Onsite/Offsite Support
- Support Availability for fault reporting and engineer callout within office hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm)
- Fault Categorisation, including call logging and tracking
- Agreed Service Levels
- Parts and labour warranty
