Description

This notice relates to the award of the contract entitled 'Prison Expansion Programme Contingency Furniture Storage'.

Context:
Workshops in various prisons across the UK manufacture furniture for prison expansion projects. There was a business need to store some of these items of furniture, which is what this contract concerns the provision of. Exact quantities include the storage of 500 to a maximum of 3,500 pallets across the contract term of 12 months (with the option to extend the contract term for a further 3 months).
