- Market Value (GDV) assuming full and satisfactory completion of the developments as proposed.
- Information sources: We would rely on information provided with regard to tenure, tenancies, sales contract details (including if relevant any overage), building condition (survey), costs of repair and development, environmental issues and floor areas as provided to us, as well as any specialist reports related to legal issues, rights to light etc.
