Description

The public toilets are currently disused. The toilets are to be refurbished to provide facilities for the public, public transport staff and welfare for council staff. The existing toilets will be removed, the internal space will be re-modelled and re-fitted with new toilets. The external works include hard landscaping around the perimeter of the property and a new compound for council staff.
This is a one-off contract.
