Description

The Department for Education has awarded 25 call-off contracts to suppliers on the curriculum drafters lot of the ESCS framework via the direct award route.

This work was allocated based on the best fit for the requirement, taking into account relevant experience of expertise in subject leadership in school contexts and the ability to manage feedback from a wide range of stakeholders.

At present, there is no immediate requirement for additional drafters. However, the Department will consider allocating work to other successful candidates who have been admitted to the framework in the future as need arises.

The framework will remain active until 2029, and additional curriculum-related work may be commissioned during this period.

Note: The value stated in this notice covers all 25 call-off contracts awarded in December 2025.
