Description

This procurement is for the Environmental improvement works for existing three story block of flats. The contract works comprising of installation of specialist pitched roof construction over existing flat roofs, constructing new lobby and canopy to architect's design and specifications to include uPVC doors, windows, new roof lights, replacement of existing 8nr. Window with a new uPVC window and terrace door unit, renovation works to existing access foot bridges and building new brick walls. The works also includes cleaning existing rain water gutters for three story buildings.
