Description

The University wishes to appoint a Contractor or Contractors to supply a Nanoscale Imaging and Analysis Facility for Environmental Materials (NIAFEM). The integrated system will include variable pressure scanning electron microscope (SEM) system, a solid state energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) system, a micro-focus X-ray source for X-ray fluorescence (XRF), and an associated/integrated Raman microscope. The equipment will be located within the basement of the Williamson Building within the University of Manchester, School of Earth Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences.

This facility requires the equipment to be integrated to provide the facility.

This project is time and budget restricted
